He earned his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in 1997 and completed his residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2001.
Dr. Spielvogel’s work has evolved toward a resilience medicine model—focused on optimizing physiological capacity, improving stress tolerance, and extending both healthspan and functional longevity.
